Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- If the personal information held by the Company concerning a user is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.
- If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, the Company shall make the correction, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
- When the Company has made correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to make correction, etc., the Company shall notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
- If the Company is requested by the individual to suspend or erase the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was obtained by wrongful means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
- If the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, the Company shall suspend the use, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc. would involve a large amount of cost or is otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company shall take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise provided for by laws and regulations or otherwise specified in this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when posted on this website.
